My name’s Chris Demint, and I am the owner of DW Trim. The company was founded in 2008. We work with home builders across Southern California building small spec home projects up to large master plan communities. We service the Inland Empire, the high desert, the low desert, and select Orange and Los Angeles county locations. I’ve been involved in the finish carpentry industry essentially all of my life. Every summer during my childhood was an opportunity to work at my father’s finish carpentry business. As a young child, I recall being in charge of things like sweeping the shop and shredding office paper. Then in my teenage years, I learned how to process lumber and assemble products. By the time I was twenty-one, I had spent time in virtually every department of my father’s business. From then until age twenty-eight, I was highly involved in business operations. Toward the end of that time, I became the operations manager. In 2008, I decided to start my own company, and DW Trim was born. Since then, we’ve completed finish carpentry packages in more than 10,000 homes.
